TYTON SIT (R)
Description: TYTON SIT (R) gaskets own specially hardened steel teeth, which ensure an anchored connection.
Diameters: available in DN 80 - DN 400
Quality: EPDM (potable water)
Pressures: up to 16 bar depending on diameter and pipe classification
Bendability: up to 3° depending on diameter
TYTON SIT PLUS (R)
Description: TYTON SIT PLUS (R) gaskets have specially hardened steel segments, which own even more teeth than TYTON SIT (R) gaskets. They bite during the installation process into the ductile iron pipe and ensure this way an anchored connection.
Diameters: available in DN 80 - 600
Qualities: EPDM (potable water) and NBR (Gas and sewerage)
Pressures: up to 32 bar depending on diameter and pipe classification
Bendability: up to 3° depending on diameter
NOVO-SIT (R)
Description: The NOVO-SIT (R) gasket ensures even higher operating pressures, while a TYTON gasket seals the connection. This is possible, as the TYTON pipe with a longer socket than normally usual offers enough place for both gaskets.
Diameters: available in DN 80 - 800
Quality: SBR
Pressures: up to 40 bar depending on diameter and pipe classification
Bendability: 1° to 3° depending in diameter
STANDARD VI (R)
Description: The anchored/restrained version of the STANDARD gaskets are STANDARD VI gaskets.
Diameters: available in DN 100 - 700
Qualities: EPDM (potable water) and NBR (Gas and sewerage).
Pressures: up to 16 bar depending on diameter and pipe classification
Bendability: 2° to 5° depending on diameter

TYTON (R)
Description: TYTON® gaskets acc. to DIN EN 28603 are used in ductile iron pipes und fittings acc. to DIN EN 545.

ZM-Sleeves
Description: ZM-Sleeves protect the pipe sockets also against severe pollution, i.e. during the trenchles pipe laying.

3S E-KS GASKET
Beschreibung: The System 3S pressure pipe seal has been proven worldwide since 1986. The System 3S rings have been developed and geometrically further optimized for pressure pipes with push-in socket connections in accordance with DIN EN 1452-1 and DIN EN 1456-1 with Euro or Anger sockets. They are used in the transition from a cast iron pipe to a PVC pipe.

NEUTREX T (R) LUBRICANT
Description: NEUTREX T (R) Lubricant is used to facilitate the installation of the cast iron pipes. This reduces the frictional forces when the pipes are pushed into one another.
